To consider the school transport appeals as set out in the exempt report by the Executive Director of People – Children.

The Committee considered an appeal against the Council’s refusal to provide a pupil with school transport support.

Resolved

1.    That the appeal on behalf of AJ against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport support between her home and The Dorset Studio School, be refused.
