Matters Arising Minutes: Minute 1 – Apologies At the last meeting, it was recorded in the minutes that there were no apologies for absence received. However, due to the Committee meeting as a quorum some members did not need to attend the meeting. It was proposed by Cllr Kerby and seconded by Cllr Lugg that the minutes be modified to reflect that some members did not need to attend. Resolved That the minutes be modified to reflect that some members did not need to attend the meeting. |

Declarations of Interest To receive any declarations of interest. Minutes: No declarations of disclosable pecuniary interests were made at the meeting. |

Public Participation To receive questions or statements on the business of the committee from town and parish councils and members of the public. The deadline for submission of the full text of a

School Transport Appeals To consider the school transport appeals as set out in the exempt report by the Executive Director of People - Children. Minutes: The committee considered a number of appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide a pupil with school transport support. Resolved 1. That the appeal on behalf of TW against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between his home and The Purbeck School be allowed . 2. That the appeal on behalf of ES against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and the Thomas Hardye School, be refused. 3. That the appeal on behalf of GW against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between his home and Lytchett Minster School, be refused. |

Walked Route Assessment - Stourton Caundle To consider a report by R Camp, Road Safety Officer. Minutes: The committee considered the report by the Road Safety Officer and three appeals against the walked route assessment. The committee agreed that in line with the national guidelines, there was an available walked route. Resolved 1. That the appeal on behalf of SC against the walked route assessment, be refused. 2. That the appeal on behalf of DM and DM against the walked route assessment, be refused. |
