Determination of an application for a Personal Licence To consider a report of the
Team Leader – Licensing Minutes: The sub-committee
considered a report on whether an application for a Personal Licence should be
granted or rejected. The Licensing Team Leader set out the details of the
application, all information had been submitted within the report. Advice was presented by
the Council’s Solicitor. The applicant also
addressed the sub-committee in support of her application. Members asked questions
of the applicant. The Police Licensing Officer also made oral representations
expanding upon the Police Objection Notice. All parties were given an
opportunity to sum up their case before the sub-committee adjourned for members
to make their decision and on returning announced their determination: Decision: After careful consideration
of all the evidence presented to them the sub-committee concluded that the application
for a Personal Licence should be granted. |
