The sub-committee noted a
complaint made against a councillor that had been received by the Monitoring
Officer and considered a number of documents in relation to the complaint.
Decision
1. That the complaint of a failure
to disclose a pecuniary interest, in breach of the Localism Act 2011 be
referred by the Monitoring Officer to Dorset Police
2. That
the complainant be informed that no further action will be taken in relation to
the overlapping complaint of a failure to disclose an additional interest.
