School Transport Appeals (Paragraphs 1 and 2) To consider the school
transport appeals referred to in the exempt report by the Corporate Director of
Education and Learning. Additional documents:
Minutes: The Committee considered a number of appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide pupils with transport support. Resolved 1. That the appeal on behalf of BC against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Sturminster Newton High School, be allowed until the end of term July 2020. 2. That the appeal on behalf of SB-T against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Queen Elizabeth’s School, be refused. 3. That the appeal on behalf of IC against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Queen Elizabeth’s School, be allowed until the end of term July 2020. 4. That the appeal on behalf of M-MB against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Queen Elizabeth’s School, be refused. 5. That the appeal on behalf of EG against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between their home and Weymouth College, be refused. 6. That the appeal on behalf of AH against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and St Andrew’s CE VA Primary School, be refused. |
