Additional documents:
Minutes: The Senior
Licensing Officer introduced the report. The premises was a residential
dwelling where the applicant intended to create alcoholic products for delivery
only. Following representations made by members of the public, the Application
had been amended Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 2.30 pm, with only two delivery
times per day at 10 am and 2 pm. Mr
Barker spoke on behalf of the applicant. He explained that he
wanted to make cocktails at the premises and deliver the cocktails to the

and would not deliver to someone where proof of age could not be verified. The
alcohol would be put in a delivery bag so children would not be able to see it.
