25/06/2019 - To give landlord's consent to an assignment of the lease at the Beach House Guest House, 1 -2 Brunswick Terrace, Weymouth

To permit the assignment of a lease from the assignor to the assignee, as required by the Lease dated 1st April 2001.

 

The Delegated Powers clearly gives the authority, the WPBC Management Committee relating to Hotels allows assignments but the delegated powers the obvious way forward
