Purpose:

This Notice will enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd safe access to carry out replacement of obsolete barrier machines and booms on the level crossing.

Approved to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd safe access to carry out replacement of obsolete barrier machines and booms on the level crossing.

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
