That:

 

(a) The application be accepted, and an order made to modify the definitive map

and statement of rights of way by adding a footpath from A - B – C – D – E – F – G - A as shown on drawing T615/22/3; and

 

(b) If the Order is unopposed, or if all objections are withdrawn, it be confirmed as

made by the Council

Reasons for the decision:

(a) The available evidence shows, on balance, that the claimed right of way

subsists or is reasonably alleged to subsist.

 

(b) The evidence shows, on balance, that the route claimed should be recorded as

a footpath as described. Accordingly, in the absence of objections, Dorset

Council can itself confirm the Order without submission to the Planning

Inspectorate.
