Openreach, 22 January 2024 between 0930 and 1530 – FAIR MILE ROAD, LOWER BRYANSTON between the entrance to The Inside Park and the entrance to Lower Bryanston Farm. 

 

This Notice will enable Openreach safe access to carry out urgent works in the highway to restore customer service. 

 

Urgent works therefore no consultation carried out. 

 

Reasons for the decision:

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
