The record relates to the following decision made by Mr Adrian Felgate, Senior Environmental Health Officer Housing Standards, under delegated authority on the 8 January 2021:

 

    (i)         The decision that no significant breach of site licence condition 6(ii) or 2(iv)(c) of the protected site at plot 9 White Horse Park, Osmington, Weymouth, Dorset has been identified and no compliance notices will be served.

Reasons for the decision:

An allegation in relation to failures to comply with conditions 6(ii) and 2(iv)(c) of the protected site licence was made. The owner of the site and the service requester were contacted and asked for comment on the alleged breaches. Information provided, together with evidence taken during a site inspection were considered. The information available was reviewed and it was decided that there were no significant breach of the site licence conditions.
