This Notice will enable South West Water safe access to carry out emergency works to repair burst main. 

 

Emergency works therefore no consultation carried out. 

 

Reasons for the decision:

Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
