To continue with informal virtual meetings reflecting the number of COVID cases locally, until such time as a webcasting solution is installed and tested providing the option to non-committee members, officers and members of the public to engage in the democratic decision making processes remotely, in order to protect elected members, staff and the public.

To ensure that democratic decision making is able to continue effectively whilst Dorset Council is operating virtual informal meetings, and ensuring that decision making is transparent, that local residents are appropriately represented, and that all local authority decisions have appropriate scrutiny.

To reinstate in-person meetings which might result in some members, officers or members of the public not feeling able to attend for personal health reasons.
