The legal agreement has progressed to secure the obligations set out in the committee’s resolution within 6 months from the date of the committee.

The application has been reviewed against the policies contained within the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) (August 2026) which was published after the date of the committee resolution. It has been determined that the NPPF has not introduced any material change in circumstances which would require the application to be referred back to the committee for consideration.

Alternative options considered:

None – the decision falls within the 6 month period which the committee resolution allows for the completion of the required legal agreement.

Interests and Nature of Interests Declared:

None.
