Decision:

This decision is taken under delegated powers set out in Paragraph 145 of the Officer Scheme of Delegation in the Council’s constitution, which grants delegated authority to undertake all action in order to regulate any actual, perceived or potential breach of any of the Town and Country Planning Legislation including:

Reasons for the decision:

Conditions imposed under 1/E/96/00330 relate to vehicles using technology for almost 30 years ago. Modern vehicles are reportedly quieter. Information provided suggests that vehicles are being operated within condition times. There is no evidence offered to suggest that noise exceeds statutory limits.
