Tilbury Douglas on behalf of South West Water, 12 October 2026 until 30 April 2027 –  JERICHO, LYME REGIS in its entirety. 

 

This Order will enable Tilbury Douglas on behalf of South West Water to carry out construction works to enlarge an existing underground screen chamber, build a new flow control chamber, interconnecting pipework and intersecting manholes. 

 

 

Consultation period: 21 August 2026 – 27 September 2026. 

 

 

Following consultation, comments received in regards to pedestrian access, Tilbury Douglas advised that this will be maintained where possible but will be times when pedestrians will be required to follow the pedestrian diversion  

 

Reasons for the decision:

Notice under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. 

 

(a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road;
