Election of Chairman
To elect a Chairman for the meeting.
Minutes:
It was proposed by Cllr C Jones and seconded by Cllr R Biggs
that Councillor Wheller be elected Chairman for the meeting.
Councillor Biggs was elected Vice-Chairman.
The Chairman opened the meeting and welcomed those present.
