That the process undertaken by the Council for
the recruitment of the posts of Chair and Managing Director within the Dorset Innovation
Park Ltd company Board be noted and that the selection by the appointment panel
of David Andre Happy for the position of Chair of the Dorset Innovation Park
Ltd company Board be endorsed
2.
That delegation be given to the Cabinet Member
Property & Assets and Economic Growth in consultation with members of the
interview panel for the Managing Director roles, to confirm the appointment of
the person as reported to the meeting, to the position of Managing Director of
the Dorset Innovation Park Ltd
3. That delegation be given to the Cabinet Member Property & Assets and Economic Growth, in consultation with members of the interview panel for the Non-Executive Director roles, to confirm appointments to the Non-Executive Director positions.

The shareholder committee received a report of the Head of Growth and Regeneration, which provided an overview of the recruitment process and appointment for the positions of Chair, Managing Director and Non-Executive Directors of Dorset Innovation Park Ltd.
