Decision:
That the Dorset National Landscape Management Plan 2026 – 31 be adopted.
Reason of the decision
To ensure that the statutory responsibilities in relation to the National Landscapes were met.
Minutes:
The Cabinet Member for Planning and Emergency Planning introduced a report on the Dorset National Landscape Management Plan. Cabinet was advised that Dorset Council had a statutory duty under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 to review and adopt a five-year management plan.
Cllr S Bartlett proposed the adoption of the management plan, and this was seconded by Cllr R Biggs.
Decision
That the Dorset National Landscape Management Plan 2026 – 31 be adopted.

To ensure that the statutory responsibilities in relation to the National Landscapes were met.
