Minutes:
The Cabinet Member for Place Services set out the referral from the Place and Resources Overview Committee meeting held on 25 September 2025, seeking Cabinet’s support to approve the Active Travel Plan.
It was proposed by Cllr J Andrews and seconded by Cllr S Robinson
