Appointment of Executive Director People - Children's PDF 68 KB To consider the
appointment of Executive Director People – Children’s Minutes: The Chairman referred to the recent interviewing process for the post of Executive Director People – Children. This role would provide strategic direction and leadership for the effective delivery of children’s services across the Dorset Council remit. The post holder would also hold the statutory role of Director of Children’s Services. As the chairman of the cross-party interviewing panel, the Portfolio Holder for Children, Skills and Early Help proposed that Theresa Leavy be appointed to the post. This was seconded by Cllr S Jones.
Decision That Theresa Leavy be appointed to the post of Executive Director People – Children. Reason for decision
As required by the Dorset Council constitution, the role of Executive Director People – Children required the approval of the Staffing Committee. |
