Erect extensions and create off road parking with modified access.

Raise the ridge of the roof and convert the loft space to form living accommodation with dormer window and rooflights.

Erect single storey front, side and rear extension.

Erect 3 no. dwellings with associated parking, access and landscaping. (demolish existing dwellings)
