It was proposed by Cllr L Fry seconded by Cllr D Taylor that Cllr E Parker be elected Chairman for the meeting. The Chairman then introduced all those present.

To consider a report of the Team Leader, Licensing on an application for a temporary event notice.

The Team Leader for Licensing advised the Sub-Committee that the applicant’s representatives, Mr Archie Brown and Mr Adam Jackson had indicated immediately before the meeting that the applicant wished to withdraw the application.

 

She further explained that the Landowner had refused to give permission for the use of his land for this Temporary Event and therefore the application had been withdrawn. The applicant’s representatives confirmed that this was the case and therefore no further action was required from the Sub-Committee in respect of this matter.
