for the following item in view of the likely disclosure of exempt information within

(as amended). The public and the press will be asked to leave the

Taxi Driver Application Minutes: The sub-committee considered a report to determine whether
an application for a private hire drivers’ licence should be granted after a
Police Caution was revealed on the Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate
during the application process. The Licensing Team Leader presented her report. The applicant was subsequently invited to put their case
forward and all parties were given the opportunity to ask questions of each
other and to sum up. The sub-committee retired to make its decision. Decision: To GRANT the application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence. |
