Taxi Driver Application Minutes: The sub-committee considered a report to determine whether the applicant remained a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Driver’s Licence after offences were revealed during the application process. The Senior Licensing Officer presented his report. The Applicant was subsequently invited to put their case forward and all parties were given the opportunity to ask questions of each other and to sum up. The sub-committee retired to make its decision. Decision: To GRANT the application for a private hire drivers’ licence. |
