Declarations of Interest To receive any declarations
of interest. Minutes: Councillor Lacey-Clarke
considered himself unable to take part in the meeting due to a conflict of
interest and having taken legal advice, it was considered that this interest precluded
him from taking any part in the meeting. Councillor Cocking took his place on
the sub-committee. |

consider an exempt report by the Monitoring Officer. NOT FOR PUBLICATION Minutes: The sub-committee noted a
complaint made against a councillor that had been received by the Monitoring
Officer and considered the information that had been provided including a copy
of the relevant council’s code of conduct. Decision That the allegations are investigated by the Monitoring Officer or a
person appointed by him. |

Monitoring Officer and considered a number of documents in relation to the
complaints. Decision That the complainant be
informed that no further action will be taken in relation to these three

complaint made against a councillor that had been received by the Monitoring
Officer and considered a number of documents in relation to the complaint. Decision 1. That the complaint of a failure
to disclose a pecuniary interest, in breach of the Localism Act 2011 be
referred by the Monitoring Officer to Dorset Police 2. That
the complainant be informed that no further action will be taken in relation to
the overlapping complaint of a failure to disclose an additional interest. |
