Removal of existing upper floor window and enlargement of opening in order to add new french doors giving access onto a new balcony area formed upon the existing bay window roof.

Internal and external alteration to facilitate the removal of existing upper floor window and enlargement of opening in order to add new French doors giving access onto a new balcony area formed upon the existing bay window roof.

Removal of a telecommunications mast and associated structures and installation of bases for the siting of static holiday caravans with decking and associated access, landscaping, drainage and other related infrastructure works.
