Licensing and Gambling Acts Committee
Purpose of committee
The Licensing and
Gambling Acts Committee is responsible for exercising any of the
Council’s functions under the Licensing Act 2003 and Gambling Act
2005; and any other associated matters that naturally fall within the
jurisdiction of the committee where legislation permits.
