Joint Public Health Board

Purpose of committee

The Joint Public Health Board (the Board) is a joint executive body for the delivery of the public health functions carried out by the shared public health service (known as Public Health Dorset) on behalf of Dorset Council and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.

 

Please note:

 

BCP Council has exercised its right to withdraw from the joint arrangements (see decision). It is therefore anticipated that the scheduled meetings for 2024/25 are likely to be cancelled, unless there is a specific need for them to go ahead.
