The decision (in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Housing and Community Safety and the s.151 officer) to purchase the property
known as 1 Wooperton Street Weymouth to provide 3 one
bed properties for temporary accommodation, the power to make such decisions
having been delegated to the Corporate Director for Housing in accordance with
paragraph 13(b) of the decisions of the Cabinet on 8 September 2020.
