1. That
officers be instructed to negotiate with existing leisure contractors as set
out in the recommendations of the report of Cabinet 18 May 2021.
2. That
leisure services and ongoing performance continue to be monitored and evaluated
to fully consider the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic in any future
decision making.
