Issue - decisions

1.  That the procurement process to establish the Framework as described in the report, be agreed

2.  That the next step of agreeing Service Lots within the Framework and any subsequent contract award following further competition procurement exercises / ‘call-down’ via the Framework shall be delegated to the Executive Director of People – Adults and Housing after consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care and Health.
