The
decision (in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing and Community
Safety and the s.151officer) to purchase the freehold to the property known as
22 and 22a Bath Street Weymouth DT4 7DS to provide a one bed bungalow for
temporary accommodation, the power to make such decisions having been delegated
to the Corporate Director for Housing in accordance with paragraph 13(b) of the
decisions of the Cabinet on 8 September 2020.
