This
project will utilise the adopted 2020 strategy to produce a Strategic Outline
Case (SOC) that gains approval from the Environment Agency’s Large Project Review
Group. It will provide companion document to the adopted 2020 strategy,
containing additional technical detail in line with the Environment Agency’s
guidance for producing SOC’s
