Phase 2 between 1040 and 1115, temporary road closures on;  

[1] Church Street from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Anning Road.  

[2] Monmouth Street in its entirety.  

[3] Coombe Street from its junction with Monmouth Street to its junction with Bridge Street.  

[4] Bridge Street in its entirety.
