permitted development rights for onshore wind turbines, and to seek Cabinet
endorsement of the response. The deadline for responding is 10 June 2026 (in
advance of the Cabinet meeting) If Cabinet wish to submit any further comments
in relation to the response, then these will be submitted after the
consultation deadline.
