EHCP Working group completed its inquiry and took a report to the People &
Health Scrutiny Committee on the 16 April 2026. It was agreed to take forward
the recommendations to Cabinet.
The
author of the EHCP report is Cllr T Coombs, as the Chair of the People &
Health Scrutiny Committee.
