- Councillor Duncan Sowry-House - Pecuniary - Cllr Duncan Sowry-House declared an interest to agenda item 6, in which he had declared that he was the Local Ward Member and had been in discussion with residents. Therefore, it was agreed that he would not take part in the debate or vote but would speak as the Local Ward Member.
