Councillor Bill Trite - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Bill Trite declared that he was pre-determined for agenda item 6. It was agreed that he would not take part in the discussion or debate but would speak as the local ward member.

Councillor Barry Goringe - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Goringe made a declaration in respect of agenda item 6, he stated that he was a councillor for this ward as well as chairman of the Parish Council in which there is a separate planning committee of which he was not a member. Therefore, he did not consider himself to be pre-determined and would consider the application on its own merits.
