- Councillor Mike Barron - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Mike Barron declared an interest to agenda item 6, in which he had undertaken a separate site visit with one of the Local Ward Members. Therefore, it was agreed that he would not take part in the debate or vote.

- Councillor Barry Goringe - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Goringe made a declaration in respect of agenda item 6, he stated that he was a councillor for this ward as well as chairman of the Parish Council in which there is a separate planning committee of which he was not a member. Therefore, he did not consider himself to be pre-determined and would consider the application on its own merits.
