Councillor Mark Roberts - - M Roberts declared an interest as a Director of a company which provided adult care services to Dorset Council. He indicated that if there was any debate in this area then he would step back from the discussion.
Councillor Shane Bartlett - - S Bartlett declared an interest as his wife worked in a local school and was on the Dorset Council payroll. He indicated that he would stay in the meeting.
Councillor Brian Heatley - - B Heatley indicated that as a former dog owner, he did not feel that consideration of the item would have an effect on his well-being and he would therefore take part in consideration of the item
Councillor David Shortell - - D Shortell indiated that he was a dog owner and following advice from the Monitoring Officer, requested a dispensation to enable him to participate in the item.
Councillor David Tooke - - D Tooke indicated that as a dog owner, he had received a dispensation in respect of the item on ‘Post Implementation Review of the Dog-related Public Spaces Protection Order’ and therefore would be taking part in consideration of the item.
Councillor Mark Roberts - - M Roberts indicated that he was a dog owner and following advice from the Monitoring Officer, also requested a dispensation to enable him to participate in the item.
