Declarations of Interest To receive any declarations of interest. Minutes: Cllr Lugg declared a non-pecuniary interest in PT’s appeal due to the appellant being an acquaintance. Cllr Lugg did not take part in the decision making process and withdrew from that part of the meeting. |

School Transport Appeals To consider the school transport appeals as set out in the exempt report by the Executive Director of People - Children. Minutes: The Committee considered a number of appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide a pupil with school transport support. Resolved 1. That the appeal on behalf of ADT against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Sandford St. Martin’s CE VA Primary School, be refused. 2. That the appeal on behalf of PT against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and Dorchester Middle School, be refused. 3. That the appeal on behalf of LM, TM, RM, and AM against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between their home and Sandford St. Martin’s CE VA Primary School, be refused. |
