School Transport Appeals To consider the school transport appeals as set out in the exempt report by the Executive Director of People – Children. Minutes: The Committee considered a number of appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide a pupil with school transport support. Resolved 1. That the appeal on behalf of LP against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between his proposed new address and Conifers Primary School, be refused. 2. That the appeal on behalf of ST against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and St. Andrew’s CE VC Primary School, be refused. |
