School Transport Appeals To consider the school transport appeals as set out in the exempt report by the Executive Director of People – Children. Minutes: The Committee considered appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide pupils with school transport support. Decision 1. That the appeal on behalf of EC, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between her home and Sturminster Newton High School, be allowed until the end of term July 2022. 2. That the appeal on behalf of XB and DB, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and Charmouth Primary School, be allowed until the end of term July 2021. |
