To consider the School Transport Appeals as set out in the report by the Corporate Director for Education and Learning.

The Committee considered an appeal against the Council’s refusal to provide pupils with school transport support.

The appeal on behalf on CM, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and the Purbeck School, be refused.

The appeal on behalf of BP and OP, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and the Dorchester Studio School, be refused.

The appeal on behalf of LR, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and the Dorchester Studio School, be refused.

The appeal on behalf of JS-R, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and the Dorchester Studio School, be refused.
