Transport Appeals

To consider the School Transport Appeals as set out in the report by the Corporate Director for Education and Learning.

Minutes:

The Committee considered an appeal against the council’s refusal to provide pupils with school transport support.

Transport Appeal 1

Minutes:

The appeal on behalf of AI, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and The Thomas Hardye School, be refused.

43.

Transport Appeal 2

Minutes:

The Senior Casework Officer, School Admissions, highlighted an error in the report and clarified that it should have referred to the stepmother as opposed to his mother.

 

The appeal on behalf of CH, against the Council’s refusal to provide school transport between their home and Winterbourne Valley CE VC First School, be refused.
