To elect a Chair for the meeting in the absence of the Chairman.

In the absence of the Chairman, it was agreed that Cllr John Worth would act as Chair for the meeting.

To move the exclusion of the press and the public for the following item in view of the likely disclosure of exempt information within the meaning of paragraph 3 of schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Transport Appeals

The Committee considered a number of appeals against the Council’s refusal to provide pupils with transport support.

Transport Appeal 1

Minutes:

That the appeal on behalf of EC against the Council’s refusal to provide transport support between her home and The Queen Elizabeth School, approved until the end of July 2024.
