Confirmation of Constitution and Delegated Powers To consider a report of the
Licensing & Community Safety Manager. Additional documents: Minutes: The Licensing and Community Safety Manager introduced a report that sought confirmation of the delegation of powers from the Licensing Committee to the Licensing Sub-committees to enable the effective function of the Licensing Authority. Decision (a) That Part 3 9 (1) of the Constitution – Committees and boards, be amended as set out in appendix 1 to these minutes; and (b) That Part 3 (2) of the Constitution – Officer Scheme of Delegations, be amended as set out in appendix 1 to these minutes. |
